Welcome to Mukina Wellness. By accessing our website, purchasing our structured nutrition meal plans, or ordering our merchandise, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Informational and Educational Purpose Only

All content provided by Mukina Wellness, including meal plans, guides, interactive calculators, community support channels, and advice, is intended for informational, educational, and motivational purposes only.

We do not provide medical advice, nutritional therapy, diagnosis, clinical assessment, or treatment. The resources provided are not a substitute for professional medical guidance or clinical diagnosis.

2. Mandatory Medical Disclaimer and Consultation

Starting any radical dietary adjustment, including zero carbs, zero sugar, fasting, or One Meal a Day (OMAD) programmes, carries inherent physical demands. You must consult a doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any of our meal plans.

This consultation is especially mandatory if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, taking prescription medication, or managing any pre-existing medical or physiological conditions.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mukina Wellness, its founders, authors, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, adverse health outcomes, physiological complications, injury, illness, or death arising from your reliance on the dietary advice, meal plans, or physical merchandise provided.

You accept and agree that you follow any dietary recommendation or structured programme entirely at your own risk.

4. Personal Results Disclaimer

Individual weight loss and wellness results depend heavily on personal consistency, adherence, physiological variables, and metabolic factors. Mukina Wellness makes no guarantees, warranties, or assurances of specific weight loss outcomes or physical transformations.

5. Intellectual Property, DRM Protection & Personal Licence

Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive licence to view our meal plans on a single authorized device for personal, non-commercial use only.

All digital meal plan content is protected by Digital Rights Management (DRM) security features, including active anti-screenshot deterrence, screen-recording shields, and device binding protocols.

You are strictly prohibited from copying, screen capturing, screen recording, duplicating, sharing, distributing, republishing, or selling any part of the meal plans or digital guides. Each purchase is bound to one primary device; attempting to access content on an unauthorized secondary device requires single-use email OTP verification.

6. Purchase Terms and Refund Policy

Payments for digital products (such as meal plans and guides) are processed instantly via secure mobile money channels and are non-refundable once the download reference or access code has been generated.

For physical merchandise, claims for damaged items or delivery errors must be reported within forty-eight hours of receipt at [email protected] for evaluation.

7. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any legal action or dispute arising from the use of our platform or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
